REFUND POLICY
In order to obtain a refund, you must contact our registrar: administration@baha.ab.ca.
No Refunds will be issued until an email has been submitted.
AAA and AA players will receive a 100% refund of registration fees, less the Refund Administration Fee, should they secure a
place on another AAA or AA team with a Hockey Canada-sanctioned program.
ALL ID CAMP FEES AND TRYOUT FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
The Association reserves the right to review and issue refunds based on individual withdrawal request for health-related
circumstances, relocation etc.
Players who withdraw once teams are formed and budgets are approved, will still be responsible for the team expenses
that are fixed costs up to the date of withdrawal. Please see the refund policy.
